Urban Company — Rude plumber

On the 11th of February, 2024, I booked a plumber from Urban Company. The company happened to send a plumber by name Akshay ([protected]) who fixed the bathroom leakage issue and the kitchen tap issue. He demanded Rs. 900 for the service and I negotiated to a certain extent and he accepted Rs. 850 as his service charge. I had requested him to replace the kitchen tap after giving him a new tap. He told me that the old tap was fine after replacing some internal part in the tap. The tap started leaking again and I placed a plumber request once again and the same person turned up on 12/02/2024. This time he replaced the tap. By now I had already written a bad review about him and given a "1 star" rating and posted it online. He came to know about this and he is calling me to change the rating I had given him. Today the 16th of February, 2024, he calls me and threatens me to change the rating I had given him. He further says that he could have done anything as he had a rinch in his hand. I get a call from Bhavu Gandhar ([protected]) on 16/02/2024 at 1234 hrs. as per TrueCaller speaking some filthy language. Does UrbanCompany keep such people as employees? Is it safe/fair to hire such people?
