[Resolved]  Urban Company — Unable to connect water purifier to phone

Had purchased a M2 water purifier a month back via Amazon and I have been trying to connect it with the urban company app but there isn't any option. Tried the help and support section in the Urban Company app and it does not list anything but just an option named "undefined". Also tried the Amazon app but the order asks to contact the manufacturer.
I am not stuck with no way to contact support by any means.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
Managed to get the contact number for UC from Amazon and the problem was that the device can be only added to the account with the same number as the order was delivered to.
Urban Company customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
