Urban Sauda — complaint against defective ceramic hair straightener

Hi team,

I brought a ceramic hair straightener for rs. 1500 from urban sauda (The advertisement is flashing in facebook) on 19th march 2019.

2- the hair straighter didn't work to make the hair straight as the button of the product was defective and never increase or decrease the temperature.

3- while receiving the packet, i notice there is no web site, customer care no, or toll free no to which we can reach out. Only a local mail i'd is there: [protected]@gmail.com.

4- in the site there is a 24/7 service button, which is disabled.

5- to this mail i'd i have written on the same day but no reply.

I suspect this is a fake site to fool customers and to loot them.

And there is no exchange policy or refund. I don trust this site and kindly help me to get the refund for this product.

Urban sauda is a fraud site and they are just fooling people i received used hair straightener brush and i send them the pictures too the same day i received the used product..urban sauda phone number of westend mall janakpuri is always out of order...reviews on their website are all their own fake reviews..i wrote a review on their website which is never showed on their website..I have lost Rs 1490 for a useless used item...customer care lady shruti which seems now is not the original name of that fake lady inspite of seeing the product images couldn't see that its a used item..may be she is useless like product of this company
