I ordered for the first tym and i didn’t receive the battery and its not working with other batteries its a defective profuct plz guts help me to get my money back!! It was for 1000rs!!!...

As per the company claim that if we are not satisfied with the product we can return it easily. So i am constantly calling the number which they have provided and mailing them but i'm not getting any response from them....

My father got robot cleaner worth 4000. It is a sheer plastic body and no use. When we contacted on cust support the no is out of reach. They cheat people n offer no refund....

Cheap company i order a hair and moustache straightener but they send me garbage and even not refunding the money. The order id is 79476. I did a cod and after getting it i paid the amount but once check that is a waste useless product even wrong and broken one than i tried to complain but not able to do so. It cost me 1500rs i want my money back and ban this fake site please...

We definitely need the refund as we dont kno dese where actually fraudulent sites do consider and help us an make them to payback the money...

I bought this product and found that same is faulty and do not work
Order no 51442 dated 14th oct 2019. The customer contact no is fake.
Client no - [protected]. Product was delivered on 14th oct 2019 by blue dart courier tracking no [protected]. I would like replacement or refund of the product. Product was delivered on cod basis and rs 1500 were paid.

Purchased electric brush cleaner and used it once just for a trial but the battery is not workable even after charging. Purchased in cash. No valid email id or no. Is provided for contacting. Its a fake e commerce site. Please provide any remedy for getting refund or exchange of product and also take legal action against such company delivering defected product to customer....

Ordered a trimmer. Came used and defective. Probably a replacement item. Kept mailing on the given email with no response. The telephone no given does not exist. It seems like a fraud site with no customer service. Would advise all to buy at your own risk even if its cash on delivery. It will either be a used product or wdnt switch on. It is highly disappointing to fall prey to such sites....
