I bought a new trimmer on friday but i when i opened and check for charging it doesn't work. So i want to return the product and refund my money. Surely it is a fake one. Before purchasing the product the company assured return and refund policy. But now i tried to contact the customer care number the answer is the number doesn't exist. As per order no 70633, I got defective unit, which is NOT working at all . I all ready send two mails on there mail ID .

but still there is not a single reply to me

I paid RS.1490/- COD

pl. guide to for the same problem.
