I ordered a dress for an occasion which is on 23rd December. This is cleared logistics and limited stock issue.
Timeline-- Ordered on 27th November --- received updates till 1st December -- stopped receiving updates till 15th December-- 15 and 16th December receiving updates. From the complaints here i can see that apart from processing stage the dispatch stage too has issues of delay.
I have started receiving updates on my order however I would like to know if there is an estimated delivery date for my order as I need it for the 23rd of December 2022. I want to know if it has at least reached the Indian warehouse as that would provide at least some relief. Attached below is a screenshot of the progress, can you please speed up the process of delivery if possible.
Also a suggestion -- I realised your products get out of stock immediately after order.. if you introduce new products on your site please be ready to handle the influx of orders for any product, everyone is trying to enjoy the best and speedy services.
I have ordered from Urbanic 4-5 times before and have never faced such an issue, not sure how Urbanic changed the quality of service since March 2022, because that's the last when i ordered.
