My order is still in processing, even after 13 days of placing the order and making the payment.. they don't keep their words, and fooling customers by taking all the money and not delivering the products.. because they are cheating us, they always say they can't give a fix date and time of when I can receive my order. I have chatted on their customer care chat group, and everytime there is a new person, and I have to explain everything all over again. It feels like they are punishing me for buying from them. I am afraid to cancel the order, because I think I won't survive another of this ordeal.. I want my order or I want my money. Please consumer cort, ban this app, do a mercy on us.. the people from that company don't care about the customers, they are only phishing money, and torturing the customers to slow deaths..
