Its my first purchase with urbanic and i have prepaid too i ordered the product on 9th of September but its still in the processing stage and still not even shipped ive texted with custumer services about the same and the delivery is expected between 21-24 September and today is 22 and it's still not any where near me ...i dont want my first experience with urbanic to be bad its taking too long to even ship the product Was this information Was this information helpful? I have ordered 4 dresses on 1st jan and all were prepaid and it's been a month and I havent received them and now they are not even updating me about the issue can you please kindly look into this matter and ask them to deliver it as soon as possible.
