I placed an order on 11th November and today it is 27th November and i can't track my order because it's not showing tracking Id and not showing any updates of the order too. It's literally paused.
I am literally crying right now, i have ordered two dresses from urbanic on 18thjan for my birthday which is on 31st January. Their service is soo poor, I'm done with this app . My first and last experience, don't buy anything from here, there are terrible in their service. They ruined my special day . Today is 29th and it shows that my order is still dispatching. God knows when will I recieve those dresses, I'm gonna cancel my orders right now . In this short period i cannot even go anywhere to find a good dress and explore the other apps.
