Hi. I placed my first order with Urbanic. it's been 20 days and I haven't received the product yet. The customer support agents tell me (on chat) that my order is in procuring/processing stage and it's taking longer due to covid and that their time frame is 16-20 business days and they asked me to wait for the shipping confirmation. Neither does the confirmation come nor do they respond properly to my emails. They keep saying the same thing again and again - "we appreciate your patience with us please be a little more patient with your order, we understand your concern, our delivery partners are working hard to deliver your items to you as soon as possible". No proper contacting facility, Too much delay in the services and no proper updates. Even the tracking link keeps saying that my order is "confirmed/under process". I never expected to have this kind of experience. On top of it, this is a prepaid order.
