I have returned the product to URBANIC with the order ID[protected] which has been successfully picked up on December 02, 2020 but haven't received my refund yet. Too much delay. First of all I hv received a thin quality item and they r not giving my refund, 😠 worst app, they will lost their cx with this behavior

Hi, I got a wrong size of product. I have heard a lot about Urbanic not refunding the amount. Did they refund you for the same. I am in a very serious situation due to this my mother is not ready to understand that they won't refund and we will lose product too. Please reply did they gave you refund
Did you get your refund after all?I'm in a similar situation at the moment.
Company promised me the refund with in 7 -10 days but it has been more than that.
The only source of communication is emails.
They taking so much time and this is very imconvenient. It was my first order in urbanic and worst experience 😠
