I have ordered 3 dresses from urbanic(https//www.urbanic.com) app. Out of which l returned two dresses. Pick up agent took those clothes, after returning Still that is showing awaiting pick up in my urbanic app. Daily I was getting return sms and pick agent call. I wrote so many times to [protected]@urbanic.com but there reply is unsatisfactory. My clothes were of ₹598&₹688. I want my this amount of money back is my account. This is harassment of customers. This app is a fraud. They neither want to give clothes nor money. If I have already returned the clothes from where I'm supposed to return it again. I'm attaching screenshots. Kindly resolve my issue.
