I placed an order for "Lace up Bodycon dress" and "Simplicity Bodysuit" on 13 August, 2021 ID No. X But due to some issues I had to return them. I placed the request for return of both items on 19 August 2021 and the delivery personnel arrived on 20 August to pick it up.
When I checked the app later, it still did not update the status to 'returned' and I have yet to receive the return payment. I called the delivery person 20 August night and he said he will talk to the manager and respond 21 August morning, but I am yet to hear any reply. He is not picking up the calls.This has already happened twice with Urbanic.
A friend is also awaiting her return payment right now after the same delivery person picked up her return orders as well with mine ( ID no. X ).
I hope Urbanic Team resolves the issue as early as possible, and initiate the return payment after proper inquiry into their delivery channel. Was this information helpful? |
