[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency Amb — Extra Amount Charges by Indane Gas Agency by the Name of Subsidy.

Dear Sir, I am Suman Lata Sharma W/O Sh. Pawan Kumar, V.P.O. Bhanjal, Teh. Amb Distt. Una (H.P.) facing a problem of Cheated from Indane Gas Agency where took a cylinder on 16/09/2013 having Receipt No. 233190 charged the amount of 1027.50 Rs and tell us the this Extra amount will submit in your Account in the form of Subsidy but we still waited this amount and when we investigate this matter then they are saying this was not applicable that day. please see the below detail of our Investigation. The account was linked by us on the very same day the account was opened with us i.e. on 25/07/2013. The bank is nowhere at fault. The complainant should approach to the Indane Gas agency for subsidy and not to the bank.
