While booking quarterly season ticket, Rs 1361.62 was deducted from my account but season ticket was not generated and not even reflecting in transaction history and its not showing in booked ticket as well. My money was debited and my season ticket was not showing what was the problem

Renewed a season ticket today but during the transaction there was an error, and now the payment has been completed from google pay but its in the uts app, only payment initiated is done and no booked ticket available.
kindly look into the matter and help me get a refund
