Uts — Money did not get credited in the UTS wallet however it was debited from my bank account

Hi Sir,

I tried recharging my UTS wallet by Rs 100. The money got debited from my bank account but the UTS wallet did not get credited with the recharged amount. I made the payment using UPI.

UPI transaction id :[protected].

Recharge my wallet or refund the money back to my bank account asap.
