Uts — UTS money deducted from bank account but not credited in R wallet

I have recharged my UTS R-wallet with Rs.200 on 28th Jan 2022 but till date its not added in my R-wallet. Money deducted from my account but wallet is not recharged. Please look into this ASAP and at least recharge my wallet or refund my money.
