Prepaid Meter Recharge problem

Complaining about unscheduled power cuts

I had complained about the same problem last year but it was not solved. The power cut is still going on, every day the power cuts from 7 in the morning and comes at 6 o'clock in the evening, now my only question is whether my problem is going to solved or not....
