Greetings. I was travelling from Delhi Kashmiri gate to Dehradun by Non Stop Volovo (UK 07 PA 4398) on 17th April 2022. First of all bus timing was 3PM from Delhi but it has moved around 3:20 PM. Apart from that after reaching around 9 PM at Dehradun when I asked for my luggage which was placed in the last row of luggage room of Bus, driver replied me "Agar samaan lena h to khud jao luggae room ke andar warna mat lo". He was very rude. Other passengers also asked the same but his answer was same. As a female it was not easy for me to go inside luggage room and collect my luggage specially in so much of rush. I praise our government for Women's security and respect, so writing this issue here. Kindly look into this matter so that in future driver should not do the same with other passengers. I will write complaint on CM portal also against this. I think driver name was Mr. Sachin(You please verify). Attaching picture of bus ticket also.
