No buses from rishikesh to dehradun

Buses was only standing on bus stand from 3 hours. No bus driver no conductor. What is government doing?? Who will take responsibility for this??
I have my exam tomorrow how will I reach??? No incharge was there.
This is how you treat public and youth.
Atleast 100 people were standing since past 3-4 hours.
Please look into this matter.

Bus conductors refuse mst passenger to get into the bus

This complain is regarding the uttarakhand roadways bus conductors and drivers as they refuse daily mst passengers to get into the bus. They show rude behaviour towards the mst passenger. They follow haridwar route still refuse the passenger of bhaniyawala and doiwala due to mst.
The haridwar depo bus also not follow the route of bhaniyawala and doiwala in the morning. The haridwar depo roadways follow the flyover route dilue to which bhaniyawala and doiwala passengers facing problems.
Please solve this matter ASAP.

To 1/2 raste me bus chalk child ka full ticket le raha he .me ne use kha hame yahi utar do ya child ki 1/2 ticket dedo .usane mana kar diya or full ticket leli .or galat bolna .bolne ka tarika sahi nahi he.muje is ki complen karnihe .or RS888 refund chahiye AAP ki bus me 5 years old child ki full ticket lagegi koi notice nahi laga huaa he.or nahi set number or nahi set parowaid karwai.

Asked unfair tickets and dropped at wrong destination.
Hello sir this is Arun Pandey here.
I here by inform you that you roadways bus with no UK07PA 3231 IS RUNNING FROM HALDWANI TO BAREILLY but due to some reasons they dropped us 9km before our destination and when I asked them to refund remaining amount of my ticket that I've been paid at HALDWANI then they talk like criminals and said that do everything what you can do .
Dear sir now my question is for you that If you people are unable to serve the services completely then who authorized you to take overcharges .
Is there any kind of gundaraj happening with our UTC .
DEAR SIR please take appropriate action against this kind of driver and cunducter those are mannerless and always talk like rowdies with passengers.please let them know they are just employees now the owner of this govt Bus.

I am complaining about not available of busses for haridwar to rishikesh

Their is no available bus at Morning at 8;00 am for daily passengers for haridwar to rishikesh. We face huge problem. Kindly solve our problem as soon as possible. Please arrange bus at haridwar station for haridwar to rishikesh. No bus driver is ready to go to rishikesh so how we can do our duty. Please arrange bus facilities for us.

Greetings. I was travelling from Delhi Kashmiri gate to Dehradun by Non Stop Volovo (UK 07 PA 4398) on 17th April 2022. First of all bus timing was 3PM from Delhi but it has moved around 3:20 PM. Apart from that after reaching around 9 PM at Dehradun when I asked for my luggage which was placed in the last row of luggage room of Bus, driver replied me "Agar samaan lena h to khud jao luggae room ke andar warna mat lo". Dear sir/madam,
This is to inform you that i am a regular passenger to Uttarakhand roadways bus services since many years...but since 2 years i am traveling from Bhaniyawala to Haridwar in these years I've not faced any issues regarding buses and staff.. this is my first complaint to your portal.
For your kind information let me tell you that i am a pregnant lady.
As usual on 8th-apr-2022 (friday) around 3:40-3:45 Pm i have taken bus from Haridwar bus stand to reach Bhaniyawala.
That day Due to some unavoidable reason i need to land on Nepali Farm. Bus started and it reaches on Tulsi chowk there bus conductor started cutting tickets to passengers, as he comes to i gave him 100rs. & ask for Nepali Farm ticket i.e 30rs. he very rudely said to me "ye kya de rhe ho madam khulle pese do" (i always give change money to avoid such problem but unfortunately that day seriously i was not having change with me)i replied to him very politely with a smile and said bhaiya please adjust also said u can give me change after all the passenger tickets are done then probably you'll get some change.
But no he started misbehaving me said "arey madam aapko samajh nahi aai kya meri baat mere pass nahi hai khulle pese or aage bhi nahi ho paenge aapke pass agar nahi hai to aap aage chandi chowk stoppage hai waha utar jana dusri bus lelena mera dimaag mat khrab karo itna time nahi hai mere pass"
Now please answer me who the hell gives him rights to speak someone like that afterall he is a government servant and be there to help public in there aspects. And specially in my condition how can he talk me like that not only with me he has no rights to speak like that with any passenger.
Fortunately that day was lucky for me because my neighbor passenger offered me his help and buys ticket for me. He is absolutely stranger for me but for humanity and kindness he helped me... its very rare these days no one is willing to do that. If that person is helped me at that time then bus conductor definitely ask me to get off from the bus.
Sir/madam this type of behavior is not acceptable i just want to say that please look in to this matter and take some action kindly consider this as an serious issue.

Dear Sir, my name is Devendra Bijalwan village Jeevanwala P.O. Fatehpur tanda dehra dun. My question is that why is it not stopping buses at jeevan wala or Lal tappar bus stand/stoppage on dated 07.04.2022. For the last 1.5 years I have been irregularly travelling from Majri to Haridwar by bus. mostly I was late for the Uttarakhand buses. Last time I have to go by tempo/taxi or any other transport.I want to know that why is not stop the buses at bus stop driver & conductor. I already told my village Pradhan & block pramukh also on whats app nos but I din't find any solution of my problem. Sir kindly suggest to me that what should we villagers do? not only me, like hundreds or thousands of people will be travelling & facing the problem. I want to solve this biggest transportation problem asap. thank you

Reaturant and break time
I m regurally traveling in uttrakhand roadways aince more then 10 yrs but now the restaurant for break has been change by uttrakhand roadways from mela restaurant to kanha restaurant. Behaviour of the staff in very odd with the passanger and price they charge higher then other restaurants. So this is to request you pl. Change it from kanha to other . We recommend mela restaurant again. So this is to request pl. Take a nessesssry action on this complaint.

Dear UTC, Today date 06/12/2021 My wife and cousin were travelling from Aanend vihar to Haldwani at 9:30 am, they have two small kids app around 2-3 years old and with two medium-size baggage. He said first to take your baggage inside the bus but when he go for ticketing purposes then started arguing about the baggage with the lady, s. after some argument, he said get off from the bus and he throws the baggage and does misbehaviour with lady, s.

I booked the bus from utc website on 14th Jan’21 from Delhi to Dehradun and my boarding was from Mohan nagar Ghaziabad but the conductor didn’t stopped and moved in front o[censored]s and asked us to come Rajnagar extension and when we asked him to stop there then he denied and said bus will not going to stop. If you want you can catch the bus by following. The bus conductor’s name was Sunil Dutt and this is his number
Then I had to board another bus, and again i paid Rs 1100. After that i had written the contents email at their helpline support for requesting refund. But got no response, it happened second time with me.
Please get my refund processed.

Stop bus at every 10 min to collect passangers standing at Road side
I traveled on[protected] to delhi from Roorkee. The bus conductor Mr.Arun Sisodiya stopped bus to collect passangers stand at road side . I told him that it is an long rout bus why are you stop this bus on every 10 min. But he argued that this bus run like that . Bus number is UK07PA 4485. It run from Roorkee to delhi route.

I had booked ticket online on 06/07/2019 20:58:41 having pnr no: 423r[protected] from delhi anand vihar to ganai. It cost me around 1550.40 inr for some reason i had to cancel my ticket it's been almost more than 3 months and the amount has not been refunded yet i tried calling their helpline number stored in the website but it is of no use is just like other government so-called phone numbers no no one receives the number it keeps showing busy every time. They keep ignoring everytime.

We took a govt. Bus to go rope way point for bhatta falls. The conductor left us 500 meters before the actual point saying this is the right point in the middle of heavy rain fall.
The paths were all zig zag, it is really risky to walk in that road and because one person got down before us the conductor told us your stop is here get down. He did not even inform that it's 500meter away. Is this the way tourists should be treated?

unnecessary halt in between the way at midnight
I am in uttrakhand roadways from moradabad to rampur no. Uk07 2811, conductor name :santosh kumar. Its more than 30 min and bus is standing on the way just crossing the toll without any valid reason and no one is giving satisfactory answer, its almost 1:25 am and i am with my wife. Can u ask these people why they are wasting the time of all passengers that too without any valid reason. Waiting for revert.

Going from delhi to ramnagar uttrakhand, conductor not providing ticket.
Conductor name : nitin kumar.
Conductor gave us ticket with no information on it, when i asked about the electronic ticket, he said it is not charged. And informed me that we will get tickets at 2:30 am, not sure, how we can get the tickets at 2:30 but not now.
Will be escalating it in court of law, if don't t get any urgent response.

broken and uncomfortable seats

We were traveling by uttrakhand bus from delhi to dehradun and seats are broken and uncomfortable. It was difficult to manage in night journey. It's like you have to hold the seat with hand as seats were pushing bar has damaged. Such a careless uttrakhand roadway and no maintaince. At last conductor has to tie the seat with roap to another seat for temporary fixes. It's difficult to travel in such ac buses with broken seats and risky.

I booked my seat online. It was an a. C. Bus. When the bus started to move, it was then that we were informed that the a. C. Isn't working. If we kbew this earlier, we would have booked a normal bus. These guys are looting people. I need my money back. Normal bus fare is 3 times less than a. C. Bus. Utc buses are useless. They don't maintain tge buses. I need my money back...

I would to inform and complain about the abusive language and bad conduct used by a conductor named satendar kumar of bus no uk07pa 3080. I boarded the same bus from isbt kashmere gate on 22-mar-2019 at 10 p. M. When bus left the stand and i asked the conductor to gave me the ticket of modipuram. He started abusing and use bad words, i asked him when more than half of the bus is empty what is his problem in allowing me to sit in the bus, somehow i got a ticket but at mohan nagar when another passenger tried to get inside he did not allow him, abused him and even tried to fight with him, while still more than 40% of bus was empty.
I request to take a harsh action against the bus conductor. I am also mentioning my mail i'd if required for any information.

poor condition of ac bus of uttarakhand transport

On mar 04, i was traveling from dehradun to delhi and took ac bus no uk07pa2399 o[censored]ttarakhand transport. I thought that my journey will be so comfortable in ac bus but my experience was like hell. When i came inside of bus most of the seats were tied with the ropes and all electrical fittings inside the bus were totally damaged.ac was not available and most importantly all the tyres were in bad condition. Bus got punctured on saharanpur road and spare tyre was not available with bus. I hails from uttarakhand and was not happy at all by watching my state bus condition in this manner. Such things gives a bad impression of any state because this has to go to delhi. Please take necessary action against defaulters who are not doing their proper duties and stop using such buses because this gives trouble to the passengers and also reflect the bad image of our beautiful state.
I hope some action will be initiated post my complaint.

worst experience ever on a bus journey
This is to inform you that me and my mother travelled in bus number 1233 whose drives name is vikas from kashmiri gate to dehradun on 16/11/2018.
I had to attend the functions for my sisters wedding which were supposed to start by 1700 hours on the same day so i booked myself on this bus as it was supposed to reach at 1600 hrs. But due to drivers ignorance and personal reasons the time of travel was delayed by 2 an a half hours. As per him it was some technical issue in the bus, is it supposed to be our problem? We have paid the amount to the concerned authority aren’t they suppose to look for an immediate solution? After half an hour of delay at the del bus stand without informing the passengers he took us to some deserted bus depot to rectify the issue. We all waited for 2 hours in sun without water.
This is the worst experience with uttrakhand transport. I tried calling the numbers given on the site and not even a single number was answered. Do look into the matter as most o[censored]s were delayed beyond words to reach our destination.

After half an hour of delay at the del bus stand without informing the passengers he took us to some deserted bus depot to rectify the issue. We all waited for 2 hours in sun without water.
This is the worst experience with uttrakhand transport. I tried calling the numbers given on the site and not even a single number was answered. Do look into the matter as most o[censored]s were delayed beyond words to reach our destination.

Kotdwar to delhi bus
I have been traveling by this route since 6 to 7 years and the same problem im facing again and again not only me but many more travellers
1- unhygienic toilets.
2 spoiled and staple food.
3- unhygiennered behaviour of staff.
4- water hygiene level
5- food is unaffordable for acommon person

I have booked a ticked to Haridwar from Delhi on 25-06-18 & travel date is 26-06-18.
I have started my journey ontime from kashmiri Gate by Volvo No. UK07PA1095. But at the first stop at Mansurpur (Near Khatauli) bus got breakdown and could not completed his journey to haridwar.
I have taken the alternate mode for my rest of the journey. I have sent many reminders for refund but no response as of now.
Please look in to the matter and matter and refund the ticket amount accordingly.
