Uttarakhand Transport Bus — Charge taken when showing e copies of buss pass and college I'd card

Today I am traveling through uttarakhand travel bus service from herbertpur to isbt dehradun, Conductor charge me rs. 70 when I am showing e copies of my bus pass and college I'd card. I always show hardcopies but today I show e copies and they refused to run my free student bus. Everywhere e copies used nowadays, and one important thing is that without college I'd card bus pass not issues, they should to allow my card valid.
My other feedback is about condition of maintenance of bus in which we are traveling because bus from which I am going is not properly working i.e. Break of bus is not properly working, over passenger is loade.
