Uttarakhand Transport Bus Complaints & Reviews

Today I am traveling through uttarakhand travel bus service from herbertpur to isbt dehradun, Conductor charge me rs. 70 when I am showing e copies of my bus pass and college I'd card. I always show hardcopies but today I show e copies and they refused to run my free student bus. Everywhere e copies used nowadays, and one important thing is that without college I'd card bus pass not issues, they should to allow my card valid.

As I'm travelling from pithoragarh to dehradun and I have already booked a ticket of seat no. 12 which is exactly behind the conductor seat and the timming of the bus is 8:30 and I have arrived at least 15 mins before the timming but still conductor trying to change my seat as he was saying that he had already gave that seat to somebody else and he also make the payment ... His attitude was so bad towards me and my guardian I don't like that...

We visited Musoorie on 05-10-08, we caught a uttaarakhand transpot
bus no. 'UA-07M-7761" at about 1:00 pm from 'zero point' to 'Kempty Falls'. The bus conductor charged Rs 120/- for 6 people, but hesitated to give tickets, instead he gave us net Rs 10/- back and insisted for a ticketless journey. We insisted for a legal ticket of Rs20/- per head, but he refused to give us the tickets....
