V-Mart — charged excess taken

I have purchased one night gown which is wrongly charged the price was 199/- and they have debited 299/- because my purchased item was no tag they have cross checked from other item and this point of time they have mistaken they have taken charge of another item...

You are requested to make the arrangement of refund of the same otherwise i have to escalate the issue to consumer foram because this type of behavior is not acceptable from staff.
