Against the said order of 2 items, only 1 item delivered. complaint lodged on 8th April both calls & mails too. Reminder mails 3 times post that. Everytime gets response within 2-3 working days issue will be resolved. Almost 12 days past by now. Everytime they say investigation under process as if like CBI investigation. Need quick resolution either despatch the ordered item or arrange refund....

Pathetic customer care and they deliver used and washed products.and they don't process refund...

My total bill amount as Rs.2160 & I refused to take carry bag from ur counter & then all purchased items carrying without carry bag by me. How to possible to charged Rs.7 for carry bag in my Bill by ur cash counter representative Miss Deepa Misra. If she carry bag's charged add in my bill then should be given to me but not do as well. I went to V-MART HUSAINGANJ ( adjacent to CMS SCHOOL STATION ROAD)Lucknow Uttar Pradesh with my wife today for shopping. While entering I asked the guard to keep my 2 wheeler helmet safely to which he refused point blank .I insisted & requested politely to keep the helmet safely again to which he insulted me, this time quite brutally.As I was with my wife I could not bear standing there further & I left red faced....

I went for exchanging a product but at exchange counter they kept my bill and told to visit next day for exchange...

I am trying to get pf last 2 month.. I am contacting Mr balakrishan but nothing response from him side.
Low class working......

I shopped for total of rs.2847/-
But when i paid cash in to the counter, your staff didn't give me any voucher fir my shopping but in the store i saw "shop 1999 and get rs500 voucher"
But i didn't get any voucher. When i asked the staff, he told me that was a mistake. Then he ordered me to write my mobile number in the bill then he took a photo of the bill and said to me that i'll get my voucher. But...

I have purchased one night gown which is wrongly charged the price was 199/- and they have debited 299/- because my purchased item was no tag they have cross checked from other item and this point of time they have mistaken they have taken charge of another item...

You are requested to make the arrangement of refund of the same otherwise i have to escalate the issue to consumer foram because this type of behavior is not acceptable...

I purchase a kids jacket of your rajendra nagar store and when i tried the same. It is small in size so i go back to exchange the same. Where guard and cashier misbehave with me. I want to meet store manager or any other responsbile authority but they abusing me. Please help me. I am regular visitor of the store but my present experience with v mart is not so pleasent....

i have purchased 8 items and get 500 rs free shopping .in between alteration of formal trouser all the items was stolen and security available here. Date:- 07.07.2015 and cash Memo No. CM[protected] & CM[protected] at 9.46 pm. So please sole my problem....

Today I purchased children's cooking fun toys from V-Mart. After coming home I saw that it has two price tags, viz. 1st from manufacturer (Ankit Marketing), which shows MRP Rs. 140..2nd from reseller (V-Mart) which has price tag of MRP Rs. 145...

My issue is that if manufacturer says MRP 140, its available in market for less than 100 in case of children toys and here V-Mart took more than MRP... I need to go to consumer...
