V-Mart — Exchange of goods within 30 mins

I purchase a kids jacket of your rajendra nagar store and when i tried the same. It is small in size so i go back to exchange the same. Where guard and cashier misbehave with me. I want to meet store manager or any other responsbile authority but they abusing me. Please help me. I am regular visitor of the store but my present experience with v mart is not so pleasent.
