V-Mart — I didn't get voucher

I shopped for total of rs.2847/-
But when i paid cash in to the counter, your staff didn't give me any voucher fir my shopping but in the store i saw "shop 1999 and get rs500 voucher"
But i didn't get any voucher. When i asked the staff, he told me that was a mistake. Then he ordered me to write my mobile number in the bill then he took a photo of the bill and said to me that i'll get my voucher. But now after 24 hours i didn't get my voucher yet. What tha # was happening to to your store. V mart is worst store i had ever seen in my life.
