I purchased some clothes from ur outlet (Bill attached) Bill amount Rs.2167 on 14 January-22. My total bill amount as Rs.2160 & I refused to take carry bag from ur counter & then all purchased items carrying without carry bag by me. How to possible to charged Rs.7 for carry bag in my Bill by ur cash counter representative Miss Deepa Misra. If she carry bag's charged add in my bill then should be given to me but not do as well. It is robbery with me & ur all management allow/involve as this fraud to the customers day to day. I Want to refund my Rs.7 & take a legal action to ur representative as soon as possible.
U can also check & confirm all this events by CCTV footage at timing 13:59:05 on 14 January-22.
