Value Consulting — visa fraud

The company runs a visa fraud scam offering h1b visa application in exchange for money. I am a victim of the fraud and value consulting looted rs 2 lacs from me. They receive funds from following

Payee name : intelli screen pvt ltd.
Account number :[protected]

It should be noted that as soon as you pay the amount, they will stop responding to emails and answering phone calls.
