Vasai Cable — service in nalasopara west

I am an vcpl user in nalasopara west. They have the pathetic service here. The technicians are useless, either their phone is switched off or they dont answer.
The customer care number is also useless, keeps your call on waiting for 5 mins and thena disconnects automatically. But during the time of recharge saome lady calls from same customer care number. The internet is always fluctuating atleast 20 times in a day or else if its gone then reconnects after hourrrrrrrrs...
They have a monopoly here thats why they take advantage. Would never ever recommend vcpl.
