fridge replacement no response

Sir, my daddy mr. N. Kalairaj purchased a fridge purchased a fridge from vasanth and co fort station trichy branch on 12.3.20 through an auto driver manigandan. But the fridge got repaired within 10 days. Mainly my dad purchased the fridge to keep medicines. Unfortunately my dad expired on 10.4.20. Myself explained the fridge company two times after lock down but no response. Finally we took the fridge and kept at vasanth and co and came....

Why such misrepresentations are being practised

This is a highly serious note which must be taken up on high priority without any partiality, on this tuesday, the 16th day of june, 2020, at vasanth and co., outlet, i was motivated to purchase a television [tv] – brand name – panasonic 32 inch on a stipulation that the installation [including fixing the tv on the wall] will be completed by 17th day of june, 2020 without any undue delay, i highlighted the present covid 19 scenario...

Today i buy a chimney from Marthandam branch ( KAFF - OPEC TX DHC 60 ) by Rs.16500/-. the branch manger told the price will be vary maximum 200 or 500 Rs from KAFF website. now i try to check the same product from KAFF website, the price will be maximum 11450 Rs including all taxes. total Price 5000 Rs cheated from my side by the branch.

service number not replying well in vasanth & co.

I am purchased, fridge, washing machine and ac (Samsung brand) in vasanth & co in sholliganallur branch, fridge worked only 2 days. After it not working. I called so many time vasanth & co enquiry number:[protected] he didn't attend call and not properly answering. Worst service.
And ac we purchased one week before but now itself not installed i called service number not answering.
Fridge get shocked i call vasanth co service...

Hi i have purchase 1. Whirlpool fridge - single door & 2. Lg washing machine on 2.2.20 at rs.36000/- while doing sales their team commit wrong deals, that fridge will auto defroze in this model the water will get evaporate automatically. But with in a week.. Over flow of water and getting smelled. godrej fridge not delivered more than a week.

Still no technician came for installation

It's been weeks and not one guy from your shop came to solve the issue

I bought a whirlpool white magic 7 kg washing machine from vasanth & co palani branch and i bought a cover and stand for extra money but the cover is not fitting the machine and the stand has no wheel stopper i complained about this in the branch many times for the past week but they said that they will come to solve but it's been weeks and not one guy from your shop came to solve the issue....

vijayalakshmi table top wet grinder

I have purchased grinder, mixer, iron box, s. S. Container, tawa as a combo offer for rs.5, 995/= vide invoice no. [protected] dt.5/3/20. The table top grinder purchased on the above invoice is not working properly. During the grinding, the engine gets heat and the machine is automatically stop frequently. Forbes air conditions

Disrespect to customer in showroom

We went to your ullagaram show room to purchase a refrigerator we reached showroom by 5.30 pm and for 10 mins we were not attended by sales person after repeated requests one person came and detailed us about lg, godrej, samsung and whirlpool i was much interested in whirlpool but the salesman left us with behaving harshly with my wife then another person mr. Selvam attended us forcing us to take samsung and to leave the showroom stating...
