I have booked ticket from jay travels andrei east.. The ticket fare they have charged from me is rs 1950 for ac sleeper from mumbai to bangalore. The bus was supposed to arrive at 1730 hrs but now the time is 1937 hrs and still not arrived. And also the behaviour of the travel agency staff is very rude...
