We are team of three cyclers booked vastavika travels bus on the way back from banglore and were given the assurance that we will be charged less than a tickets price for the cycles (Each 7kg) luggage over phone by the travels office. Later when boarding a broker was sent to collect money for the luggage and he demanded 2000 inrwhich is much more than our ticket price of 450.
