vatika tower refund issue for p175

We have cancelled booking in Vatika Tower project +30 months back still full and final closure is not done pending payment after deduction of agent commission and service tax out standing amount of 3.8 lakh not cleared after repeated requests personally, via email or over phone. Last one year CRM not even responding to emails and phone calls this is not at all acceptable.

Please check and confirm by when the final payment will...

Non payment of assured returns in Vatika Mindscapes

I'm holding a unit in vatika mindscapes and there is no payment of assured return from more than 1 last year. There is no one to attend phone calls, query submitted on their portal or on whatapp group number goes unattended.

Released property in Vatika

I Invested in released property of Vatika. Its been four months they haven't given any rent. They just fool their investors by saying that it will be released in a day or two. I guess they do not have any money. They have no customer care and have employed unprofessional people who do not have any idea how to talk to people. I recommend everyone to stay away if you do not want to be cheated and also to loose your hard earned money....

Vatika Turning Point

I bought a unit in Vatika Turning Point, Sector 88B Gurgaon under the subvention scheme and Vatika group committed to pay the interest to the bank till the time occupation certificate is applied.
They have not even started the construction and they are not honouring what was committed.

They have page in facebook also. Consumer service is not working. I have called them for the refund on that time they told me to give my atm card number, and to download any desk app (Which is to clone my screen to there system).

vatika inxt city centre non payment of assured returns

Dear sir

We had booked first commercial property with vatika in 2011 for vatika inxt city centre. Company had been doing the payment for years.
But in 2018 they informed by mail that the return will be stopped for a year as they were in the process of leasing the said area and have agreed for one year of rent free lease and that the rental income will start from june 2019.

assured rental benefit scheme_vatika turning point

I have one unit in vatika turning point under assured rental scheme. I have booked this unit in around december 2018 and getting rental till march 2020, after it not getting any rental.

I have followed up with sales team via mail regarding rental and they replied that due to covid19 situation they have stopped disbursements of rental. Once offices will start will update. But now i am not greeting any reply...

misbehaving and uncooperative staff members

Wen i went to my flat to collect my remaining stuff from there your guards and staff members stoped me for 6 hours and didn't let me go. very unprofessional and no response / not interested to clean the common area after even charging

Enviro... So called facility company who is handling the house keeping of our area in vatika india next sector 82, gurgaon. Company is so unprofessional that in this time of crisis and to keep the entire area cleen and sanitized they (Enviro) are least bothered as no one comes to clean / sweep the common area and after complaining them no response from the authorities....

security guards at signature global solera

They are quite unprofessional guards,

1 they will not allow your own luggage to come in society after 6 pm, even if you are living in the society from last 10 years, they do not care.

Bought 2 lands from vatika approximately 16 years ago.. Since then the development area near plot is zero.. When they sell the land to you they make call sought of fake promises but once you pay them the value of your project can only decrease.. No one is itself located in the office of vatika.. When we call or reach their office the employees just run away and give us fake times to just hear the greienvce.

physical assault by security guard

With great pain I want to submit that we were trapped in booking of a 3 BHK flat with an amount of Rs 10, 04, 895/- (Rs Ten Lakhs Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Five) in Vatika Turning point project in sector 88 B, Gurugram, Haryana by Vatika Group on 30 Nov 16 with false promises and commitments. (Copy of receipts and booking letter enclosed).
3. Unfortunately neither the Vatika Turning point could get up from the drawing stage...
