I reside in Sector-17 B Gurgaon. A Hotel Named-WESTIN is upcoming near IFFCO Chauk. I was surprised to see that the Hotel has encroched the Green belt land which was supposed to be for the slip road from Sector-29 to Meharauli Guragaon Road. They have blocked it by costructing a wall on the Green belt.

We have booked a plot in vatika jaipur and after 3 years after paying 19 lacs to Vatika group. They informed us that plot does not exists in New Layout therefore we shoud select something else. In 4 Years they have not been able to connect the property to main Ajmer Highway as predicted to be completed with in 6 months of booking.
After many reminders company is not sending the cancellation procedure to us.

I had booked a flat in Mar 2004 with Vatika. I used downpayment plan since they had advised this flat will be ready by Aug 2005. In fact they had provided literature showing different milestones and shown Aug 2005 as the last day.
In the apartment buyers guide they had mentioned they pay Rs 5 per sq ft per month as penalty charges in case this apartment is not delivered for possession for 3 years.
