BEWARE OF VATIKA I, R K Bhatia, had booked a Villa in Vatika India Next in Sector 82 Gurgaon in year 2009 . I have paid all the money as demanded. Company has unilaterally changed the allotment no. of Villa two times. Now after about 5 years when the property prices have increased more than 3 fold these greedy cheats have unilaterally cancelled my allotment and it seems that they want to sell my property at present higher rates to other customers. An FIR has also been lodged in their newly launched project Vatika Express City in Sector 88, 89 against the company on 26.09.2014 on charges of criminal conspiracy, cheating, dishonesty and forgery. Kindly forward this mail /MSG to all your friends and acquaintances and warn them not to deal with Vatika Ltd.

I shall request you to put this on social media and all other related sites where public at large can be aware of these deeds and wary of these builders who take public for a ride since there is no regulatory authority to snub them .
