Vatika Group — Delayed possession of 2 units. Avoiding calls and chats thereafter

I have bought 2 units in Vatika Emelia Luxury Floors, Sector 83 Gurugram. The unit details are - Unit 20, 3rd Floor, K block and Unit 22, 3rd Floor, K block. The builder was supposed to give possession by Jan 23. The possession is delayed signifcantly and hence they have now stopped taking any calls and responding to any mails or chats.

Hi, as per RERA provisions the developer is entitled to provide delayed possession charges if there is delay in project ..You can contact me for assistance over the same ..Mob :-nine six five four zero six two one eight one
