Vatika Group — Possession delayed & rude staff

I’ve been visiting your City Centre office 3 times in 6 months. From your security guard Rahul, who is extremely rude to Shubham - Possession Head & Hitesh in Collections, as these are the people whom I meet everytime, they are rude & least bothered to take any action in the concern I’ve that when will I get the possession of my property? Everytime they give false assurance & then there is nothing that I hear from them or you as a company.
It has been a torture & a disappointing experience to invest in your group.

I want to escalate to the highest authority for a final resolution. Compensate me for the list time & money & pay me interest on the amp I’ve already submitted till now.

Hi, as per RERA provisions, the developer has to provide delayed possession charges for monthly delay in thier project..You can contact me for assistance over the same ..Mob:-nine six five four zero six two one eight one
