Vatika Group — Transfer of flat

Address: house no 1078A/29 , krishna colony , Near Sector -7 Opp arya vidhya mandir school, Gurgaon

My self sandeep gupta, owner of flat no 29, Block H 10, Emillia Floors, sector 82, Vatika India Next. I sale my Flat to Mr Piyush jaiswal .He has taken a loan From HDFC bank of Rs 43.50 lacs, Bank issued DD on 13.04.2021 but Not Recd by us due to lockdown at Haryana as well as closed of your office.from approx 40 days.

In That case, deal has not completed . Please give me some solution, so that we will close the deal immediately. Waiting for your reply.
