My name is gopinath, I visited vcare kammanahalli branch Bangalore and consulted soumya mam for my hair transplant and they told me rs 139000 to be paid for treatment, first they asked me to pay 2 installments so I paid 27800 and remaining amount and they arranged loan in Bajaj finance, and till now i paid 3 installment to the loan Later due to my personal reason I was not able to do hair transplant and when I ask my refund soumya mam told it will take one month to get complete the procedure, so you have to pay nov month installment and then you don't need to pay next month, you will refund, this is what i got a information from her but now whenever I call I am not getting proper response, someone from reception picking call and Telling they are in consultation and we will ask mam to call back but I did not get any call.
Request you to please consider this as compliment and help me to get my refund amount of 69500.
Vcare has to return the amount to Bajaj finance to close the loan account and 69500 amount which I paid till now to be refunded.
