Despite completing the full course of 6 Q-Switch laser sessions, I have seen no noticeable improvement in the pigmentation around the corners and edges of my lips, which was my primary concern when I first consulted with your team. I was assured that a full lip treatment would resolve this issue, but the results have been disappointing, leaving me frustrated and disillusioned.

Moreover, during my 6th session on October 26th, the staff performing the procedure changed. This was particularly concerning as the new staff member was not familiar with my specific condition or the treatment approach that had been established by the previous technician. The inconsistency in staff and their understanding of my case, coupled with the lack of visible results, has led me to lose confidence in the efficacy of the treatment. I was further disappointed when I consulted with the doctor after my last session. She suggested I undergo an additional 6 sessions without offering any explanation for the lack of results from the previous treatments. The constant turnover of medical professionals and the absence of a clear, effective treatment plan has raised serious concerns about the quality of service at your clinic.

Additionally, I raised my concern on October 6th and have been following up regularly since then, yet I have not received a satisfactory response. Each time, I was asked to wait with unreasonable explanations, and I was repeatedly asked to send pictures by different staff members. This lack of coordination within your team has been incredibly frustrating, as I have received conflicting updates from various people.

When I agreed to a consultation with the senior doctor, I had to wait over 45 minutes despite raising my concerns. Even after all of this, there was no attempt to make the process smoother or more efficient. The doctor then suggested 12 additional sessions of Q-Switch laser, but I was later informed by another staff member (via the contact number “[protected]”) that an advanced lip peel was recommended. Why am I being given such conflicting information? Is this how your clinic treats clients’ time and money?

This inconsistency and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I am requesting either a full refund for the 6 sessions I have paid for, or 6 additional sessions at no extra charge until I see visible improvement. If neither of these options is possible, I would expect at least a 50% refund.
