We booked AMDM tour for April for senior parents. In February they had medical emergencies. We notified Veena World. We tried to call Anuja and her team and sent numerous emails, only to get no reply. We spoke with Nikhil after reaching out to Facebook. He told us within 1 day he will call regarding future travel credits. We booked Veena World after reviews, but after this experience we are not happy with the service. Initially they were very good about response when booking, now horrible service. UPDATE: we finally got credit that they can use, but originally we were told credit can be transferred to immediate family members. Now they are not abiding by their word. I tried to review on Facebook and Instagram, but they have removed posts and blocked my account. Was this information helpful? |
