My parents recently travelled to Europe with Veena world. The service provided right from the beginning was very unprofessional. The team made spelling mistakes while filling in my parents visa forms.
On the tour, the tourist guide (Name: Rajaram Gawas) was super rude, unprofessional and manhandled most of the tourists, especially those who are senior citizens.
This tourist guide must be terminated as he is a mood killer.
Veena world is very unprofessional and they are only looking for money with 0% customer service. There is no urge for customer care since they are only looking to fill in their pockets after Covid-19.
Please do not choose Veena world for any kind of services.
