AWB number [protected] Velocity do not have the services to Dehuroad still they pickup the consignment They called me on 4/9/2015 to tell that your consignment has reached and we have to collect the shipment from 5/9/2015 from Pimpri/Chinchwad office on 5/9/2015 because they do not have the service to our destination. After reaching Velocity Pimpri/Chinchwad office on 5/9/2015 @10.00hrs. I get a message the material will reach within 2hours, but at 12.00hrs they confirm us that they have received a email from supplier on date 5/9/2015 to send back and they have already has the dispatch the material to the supplier. While courier airway bill says another thing as attached for reference I want to register a complain about your courier they do not give any right information and make person very confuse, tell lie, also waste time of customer.
