My pan card was dispatched on 04-mar-2019 by velex logistics pvt ltd courier vide airway bill no. [protected] by the nsdl and it was suppose to reach by 14-mar-2019. I've velex (As mentioned in their website http://www.velex.in) called customer care they not picking call its always saying busy. I've checked the status of the courier in velex it is showing the courier is at kkp (Kukuatpally i believe), there are no numbers to track where is the pan card currently and when they can deliver. Velex courier is worst service they are doing.

BUT it is not delivered. poor service, surprised why NSDL partenered with VELEX LOGISTICS PVT LTD?
