I got a massage from vm-kerrye on 09/08/19, saying that "dear customer, your shipment from kotak bank sent through kerry indev express, awb:[protected], is out for delivery today. Call: kerry indev express - [protected]".
After that i got a call from [protected], asking me the location for delivery. After getting the location the delivery man told me he is not able to reach me due to the servicing approach road. After informing a substitute road, he told me the packaging will be delivered by next day on 10/08/19.
But he returned the package to its origin.
When i called him for the status of my package, he misbehave with me and also told me that 'i can complain, he has no problem'.
