I'm Shweta Singh and I'm a college student. Recently I received a call from Verzeo regarding their internship programs. I applied for Business Analytics course and they asked me to pay Rs 1000 pre payment fees within 15 minutes as the link will be open for this much time only.
When I asked them about the refund policy in any case they said just contact me I'll help you out.
Later when I received the curriculum it wasn't upto my expectations. So I decided to withdraw my application but they said there is no refund policy.
When I asked them earlier they never once told me about this.
Also, they never told me that the contract is for 18+ and as I'm still under 18 it was never once asked from me about my birth date or age.
They never educated me fully or asked for the full details which are required according to their policy. My right to consumer education was exploited and I wish a refund as the contract stands invalid due to the ground that as on 25 July, 2021 I was not 18+
