Even we are facing the similar problem. We also have account with VGN Jewellers Mulund. Monthly investment. Have passbook for the same. Now they are not returning money. Not attending calls.
Even today I tried many calls on all their numbers. It's ringing. No one is attending calls.

The lady named Deepika in the Mulund branch took the money. Later we came to know about all the problem. Next day itself we went back to take the money but she was not ready to return.
