I have purchased a flat at VGN Brixton C14 IIJ. As per contract document they promised they will provide compensation if there is any delay in handing over the flats. Now they are telling those who have paid the instalments in the said period, they only will be eligible for the compensation. Initially my payment is delayed due to the bank loan sanction. The delay is for 27 days and they delayed to hand over the flat for more than 1 year. Now they are telling I am not eligible for the compensation as i paid the first payment late. Which is disgusting. And I don't have any other choice as i have paid 95% already. I cannot tolerate this. Let the people know about VGN how they are cheating the customer.

VGN Fairmont

I am happy to investment in VGN Fairmont. The most important aspect of me choosing VGN Fairmont’ s over other projects in Chennai was the open space provided between the apartments and the green area. Overall my experience is good with the builder and would recommend this to my friends and family.

Can't understand why almost all the builders behaving like this. God should save buyers from these kind of cheaters. They take our money and treating us very badly. They dont have heart. They simply cheating every buyer. I dont know what this RERA or CREDAI doing, why cant they black list these kind of builders and issue public notice for awareness? .
