I booked flight tickets through 'Via flight bookings' www.via.com. on 30/11/2015 for 2 passangers with Booking ID FMN1IBBS28R, (Onward 05th Feb and return 14th Feb.).
Total tickets cost was : 30, 400/- INR. I booked on 30/11/2015.
On today, 10/12/2015, I called to Customer care Bangalore (Via company customer care) as I wanted to reschedule my return journey (Mumbai to Muscat) from 14 February 2016 to 20 February 2016.
Please note that the customer care person (Mr. Soren, Via-Bangalore customer care) has checked the return fare for 17, 18, 19 and 20 and 21 February and said that the ticket is not available in the same class.
So, I trusted whatever he said and asked him to reschedule 2 passangers tickets on 20th February 2016.
He said the additional fees is 8400/-.
After entering into link the payment was made.
But, meantime when I checked on www.via.com, I found that same dates (05th Feb and 20th Feb) tickets were available at 32, 400/ ruppess.
Thus, due to this misguidance, I had to waste my money costing = 7000 INR[protected], 400 = 7000 approx) for no reason.
It is completely painful me and the worst experience I had with flight booking website, www.via.com.
This is completely a loot of a customer and misguidance.
I want my additional money back, ie. price for today = 5, 700/- INR (ie. fare 32, 400/- INR as on today on your website and I had to pay for no reason 38100/- due to your customer care misguidance,[protected]= 5700.)
