On 10th of September I booked one ticket of Indian Airlines through VIA.COM from Delhi to Chennai journey dated 13th October by Rs.6, 637 and my Ticket Reference No- FMN15CVKOOI and then 12th Sep I called Air India and canceled my Ticket. From 20th September onwards I am calling Via.com customer care number i.e [protected] almost thrice per day, same answer they were telling that time if you want get your refund amount you
should get cancelation copy from Air India and submit to us, then we can give the amoun
Yesterday I went Air India office and ask my cancelation details. They told clear cut we cannot provide which details you asking us, because your ticket booked ticket through Via.Com, so they have your all details. Again
I called VIA.Com customer care but this time they were saying something different. They were telling my case they have escalated to high authorities and release the some tax amount. But it will be inform to you
within next 1 hour definitely, and also they noted in my mobile number. I have not received any call from them and when I called in the today morning of 24th September one of their customer care assistant told me I don't have to take any action because we don’t have your cancelation details. How it is possible? I bookedVia.com only so, theyare the full responsibility in my amount.
Where my transaction took place on 10th September. I am simply clueless by this kind service of VIA.COM.
First of all its very difficult to get the line to talk with them, if by chance I got the chance to talk with them they themselves are not confident, they are telling some new rules and new stories. This is kind request to you please look into this matter at urgent basis as already 12 days interest(12th sep to 24th sep) I lose for this mishap, and main thing not getting my money back after so many repeated calls and emails, where not for a single time I receive any call from them. I understand it is my mistake I went to buy ticket from VIA.COM website, but kindly help me to get my money back and take a hard action on thiVIA.COM website as it is fooling their customers.
